Yesterday was my schedule for my high blood pressure check up at Dawson Medical clinic. I’m happy that my blood pressure is normal and the doctor advise me to maintain the medicine that she prescribed to me. Also I need to be very careful with the foods I eat and I need regular exercise everyday. My next appointment will be on December 15 at 9 in the morning.
