My Japanese Friend

Soybean, fish and shellfish are the primary protein and calcium sources in the Japanese diet. Like my Japanese friend she like it very much. Everytime I visit her at home she cook delicious foods for me. But usually she eat raw fish and shellfish. She also eat chicken, vegetables, fruits and beef.
