We all know that H1N1 virus already spread throughout the world. There are many people who are unlucky and experience the swine flu or we called now as influenza A (N1H1 flu). It is a respiratory disease much like the seasonal flu. We need to protect ourselves and help to stop this kind of virus. If you cough or sneeze make sure to cover your mouth to avoid the spread of the virus. If you cough cover and wipe with tissue paper. Make sure to wash your hand immediately. Avoid touching the door handle, faucet, keyboard or other objects. The virus will survive on hard surfaces within 48 hours. If you touch the objects with virus on it and you accidentally rub on eyes, nose or mouth, there’s a possibility the virus will transfer to you. So be careful and help to spread the virus too if you are experience N1H1 flu.
