Celosa Flowers

Celosia flowers blooms with vibrant colors and shapes during summer time. They are great with non-stop color all season long and give hundreds of seeds. They bloom early and just keep getting larger and become more gorgeous. An annual flowers that come from a tropical climate like Asia and other warm countries like my beloved place Philippines. We called this tapay tapay flower in our dialect back home. I remember we had many different kinds of colors in our school before. They are also called cockscombs or wool flowers because of their bright color, woolly flower heads which resemble to cockscombs. A sunny loving plant with different colors such as red, yellow, orange, purple, pink and many more. They usually grow during summer time here in Canada.
