As we age it is advisable to eat healthy foods everyday like fruits, vegetables and many more. Our body needs proper nutrition to avoid illnesses and becomes active during the day. Also, regular exercise is the best weapon to stay healthy and fight chronic illnesses. You need to rest, relax and sleep well at night. Drink plenty of water at least 6 to 8 glasses a day.
