My niece is now very busy with her lesson. Every night we check her bag and see if there are assignments. As a little girl she needs guidance and support from us. Since her mom is very busy taking care of her little baby I help her with Abby. Also, I help to prepare healthy snacks for school. It is the best way to increase energy and add some nutrition to kids. It can help them to gain energy and more power through their busy day. They need nutritious foods with vitamins, protein, fiber and carbohydrates. They need little meats or nuts, fruits and vegetables, a slice of cheese, fresh apple, grapes or strawberry is great. At home my niece favorite’s fruits are strawberry, apples, grapes, watermelon, banana, mango, cantaloupe and many more. She also loves raw vegetables like broccoli, celery, cucumber and many others. We did not give her chocolates and other sweet foods. But sometimes during special occasion she eats a little but not so. She drinks more on milk, water and juices.
