It’s my 4 years old niece who took picture this picture when I arrived home from the theater. She rushed into my room and asked me if she can take a picture of me. I said yes, so I smile and then she captured. This picture is the result. It’s not bad and I am beautiful here. She’s a great photographer too at the age of 4. My niece spent her summer vacation at the cottage together with her grandparents. She calls us everyday through long distance. She will be home on August before classes begin. I think I will buy an online coupons for her. She needs school supplies, new clothes, back pack and many more. I know she is very much excited to go back to school this coming September. I’m glad its weekend again. I can relax tomorrow. I think I need some rest because I am very tired of working this week. I am so busy during the previous days. My back and arms are still aching as of now. That’s why I need a rest. I will not go out tomorrow. Maybe on Sunday I will go shopping. My friend ask me to go with her on shopping. We plan to buy new stuffs at the store. Well, I hope all the pain in my back will gone tomorrow.

My friend Ana invited me for a dinner last night. We went to King’s buffet restaurant and I enjoyed eating my foods. I choose only foods that are healthy and good for my health. As I said before my blood pressure is a little bit high and my doctor advised me to control eating unhealthy foods. Yes! I need to follow the doctor’s advised and limit my salt intake, avoid fats, red meat, sugary drinks and exercise regularly. I always put that reminder in my mind always. Well, as of now my blood pressure is normal with the help of the medicine that I take everyday and my self discipline too in selecting the foods I eat.

Until now I still can’t believe that he really cares for me. I really appreciate when he call me and text me long distance. I am so happy that he spend effort and time for me. Even he is so busy with work but still he tries to call in the morning and in the evening. Everything is fine and I am not angry anymore. At least he prove something to me. I know he tried his best to communicate with me even if he is busy. I am so grateful and happy of that.

Lately, I attended my best friend’s wedding. The couple was very happy and blessed for about five years of waiting. She’s pregnant now and very excited to have a baby girl. This picture was taken during our adventure at Niagara Falls. Beside me is my sweet friend Glory from Toronto, Canada. I got to know her through my friend Mymy from Davao city and we became friends through yahoo chat in the internet and then we met each other here in Canada. I would describe her as beautiful, jolly and you never get bored of her because of her sense of humor. Aside from that she is very generous especially to her friends and family back home. She is a reliable friend, gutsy and witty.
