As a live-in caregiver it is my responsibility to take care of the baby, taking a bath everyday, feeding him, change diaper and do light housekeeping such as vacuuming, dusting, sweep the floor and clean the bathroom. I also cook foods, wash the dishes, laundry and gardening. I am so tired and need rest sometimes. I take vitamins everyday to gain more energy. There are many women’s vitamins that I can easily purchase at the stores or even online they are available.

We all know that there are many reasons why vitamins are needed by the body. It can protect us against chronic illnesses such as heart disease, osteoporosis, colon cancer, diabetes and many more. It can help us to stay active during the day. We become healthier, feel fresh and look younger than age.

Our body needs energy and designed to be active everyday. We need to eat healthy foods and do our jobs to earn a living. For mother like me, I work hard for the future for my son. I support all his needs especially his education. I did not stop working because of him. That’s one reason that I forgot to exercise. I gain a lot of weight and need to reduce it. There are top ten diet pills to choose in the internet or I can buy in the drugstore too. I want to try the best one for me. I really want to reduce the unwanted fats in my belly. I hate it! It looks ugly to me. So, I better take diet pills and try my best to exercise everyday or go walking around the blocks.

I’m so happy to meet my best friend in facebook. She’s my first best of friend. We both live in a small place before name dalawinon. Oh! I miss that place already. It’s been a long time since I left that place. After my elementary grade I studied at Holy Cross of Bansalan for 4 years and rent a boarding house on that place. Then after my high school I moved to Davao del norte, almost one day travel by bus from my place. It’s a little bit far from still a part of Davao. I continue my college education there and got married after I graduated. I worked as a public school teacher and blessed with one son. I live on the place for twenty years or more I think before I moved to Canada. Then I am three years now in Canada. I can’t believe it. Time moves so fast and I can say that I’m already old, hehehe.

To make the story short, it’s more than 30 years when we did not communicate. She’s my first best friend when I was in elementary grade. Her complete name is Maria Fe and her nickname is coco. I’m so proud of her when I learned that she’s in London now and very successful. She’s married also with one daughter and a nice career in UK. I don’t exactly remember the sweet and bad moments that we shared before but all I remember is that she’s my best friend. We’re classmates since grade one to grade six. Then we participated in any school activities like girls scouts, camping, dancing, games and many more. I don’t remember the other things or happenings that happened during elementary days. I think we need to talk or chat sometimes during our free time to refresh the precious moments that we shared before. That’s all for now and I’m so happy to meet you again my friend. Even though you are far but I am happy to know that you are very successful.

It’s a green parrot and a blue yellow macaw that I captured last two weeks ago. Most parrots are found in most warm and tropical regions. They have strong curved and broad bill, an upright stance, strong legs, and clawed zygodactyl feet. Most parrots are predominantly green, with other bright colors, and some species are multi-colored.

They love to eat seeds, nuts, fruit, buds and other plant material. Aside from that they also eat insects and small animals, nectar from flowers and soft fruits. Most of the parrots nest in tree holes and lay white eggs. Like the other birds, parrots are the most intelligent birds and have the ability to imitate human voices that’s makes them unique and amazing.

It’s fall time and the weather begins to cold. The leaves turn to wonderful colors and soon to fall. Then few months from now we’ll celebrate the most awaited Christmas day. That’s why many of us save money for the holiday. Let’s have a party, giving gifts, exchanging cards and order online Christmas basket delivery for the family. It is the time for get together and parties, show love and care to your loved ones and the best time to forgive and forget. So, let’s prepare and celebrate the special day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

That’s my sweet friend name Elma. She’s beautiful of course and lives not far from my place that’s why every time she goes out I’m her companion. In this Canada Day we enjoy and had fun to witness the celebration at Riverside Park.

Like me, she love taking pictures too. We have things in common when it comes to hobbies and gimmicks. After the event we proceed to Mc Donalds and order our favorite foods such as hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken, french fries, soft drinks and desserts. Then after that we returned home happily, upload all my pictures in my computer then blogging of course.

When it comes to technology, I am pretty average but I research for new stuff that comes out. My most important gadget is cellphone. I can’t live without this. I have blackberry cellphone that I used to surf on the internet. This is where I talked to my friend while I was riding a bus going to my work place. I also listen and download music using my phone. However, I still have wish list that I dream of buying which is camcorder. I want to have it so I could bring it with me wherever I go. I would try recording and capture beautiful moments that I would be shooting for you tube and facebook clips so that my family and friends back home could view the beautiful scenery here in Canada.

Summer is gone and now the weather starting to cold. It was rainy since yesterday and I feel cold in my room. I did not go out today instead I concentrate with my online jobs. I make many post in my websites. I also called my friends and talked to them. I think tomorrow I need to go out. Maybe I will just go to the store and buy some foods to eat. Then going to the mall to meet my friends there. I do not know if I will go gym tomorrow. My schedule will be on Monday to Friday. I can go there during weekends too but I prefer not to go. I need to be online during weekends. Once again, happy weekends to all.

When I graduated from college, I first started working in a small company with a minimum wage but with complete benefits that I was getting. I had no expenses on anything as I resided to my parent’s house. I just gave a little share to my mother and she understands me as she encouraged me to save my salary for term life insurance. My mother used to work as an agent in an insurance company so at an early age, I got one for my future payable for 10 years. I saved so much for my premium payments because my mother’s commissioned from my insurance was given to me just to entice me to have one.
