I got a chance to chat with my friend in Singapore when I was online for a few minutes. I could see that she missed me so much as She called me up after our chat. She was also busy at work in Singapore just like me as I want to buy the things that I want for my family my dream house. She told me that she had already bought a house of her own although it was payable for 15 years but at least she had a house that she can call her own. That is also my dream to buy a house in canada so that when my family gets here, they have a house to stay in as I am tired of renting an apartment.

My cousin already bought a new guitar for her son. However, their instructor requested for a new vox big ben equipment which is needed for the adjustment of the guitar tones. This is a very important item with regards to playing music using string instruments. She decided to buy such thing this weekend and requested her son to look for the store who sells it ahead of time so that they can immediately buy it. The band playing contest is schedule next month. I hope that her son will performs well with the group.

I love strawberry spinach salad. It is good for my body and easy to prepare. I only mix all the needed ingredients such as spinach leaves, sliced strawberries, orange segments and cheese in a large bowl. Then balsamic vinaigrette and pepper. That’s it and eat with toasted bread.

I went to the shopping mall the other day together with my son. He is into his high school years already. He requested me accompany him in buying two pairs of carhartt overalls. Such overalls are needed in his class presentation which is a requirement on one of her subjects. We bought color red and green. I find the overalls very nice, the fabric is soft and would surely fit for the attire of my son.

When I woke up this morning, I grab my laptop immediately and started to browse the net. I first checked my mail, visit my facebook account, yahoo messenger then update my blogs. After one hour of exploring the net, I felt hungry so I decided to cook foods in the kitchen. When I was there I saw a big milk fish and I fried it. I eat with rice, it is so yummy and delicious. Now that I’m full I wash the dishes first, clean the kitchen a bit and go back to my laptop.

At last my friend got his new driver license and now he is happy to explore Canada. He bought a new SUV last November and then purchase a car gps last week to make sure that he knows where to go. As a friend we are happy also because he can drive us if we need help. I don’t know how to drive yet but I plan to enroll driving. It is my dream also to drive and enjoy traveling.

Plan for healthy eating is important to us. Our body needs balance diet so we need to make sure that the foods we eat are high in nutrients and low in calories. Eat at least 2 kinds of vegetables, it is good for your body, small amount of rice or potato and choose fish, lean meat or chicken for meal. It can helps your body gain more energy. Have a glass of milk and a piece of fruit to complete you meal.
