Healthy Eating

Plan for healthy eating is important to us. Our body needs balance diet so we need to make sure that the foods we eat are high in nutrients and low in calories. Eat at least 2 kinds of vegetables, it is good for your body, small amount of rice or potato and choose fish, lean meat or chicken for meal. It can helps your body gain more energy. Have a glass of milk and a piece of fruit to complete you meal.
